Our Mission is to mobilize, motivate and sensitize non-school going girls; hawking, street begging, or act as beggars' aid, that are between the age of 6-18, from economically and socially backward communities of lake chad region.

PLCI was established to portray the image of the children living across the Lake Chad region of Africa, with sole aim providing solutions to problems affecting out of school children especially Girls. PLCI has it head office located in Damaturu Yobe state, Nigeria.
